At HeyRick eSIMs, all products are delivered digitally.

Delivery Method

Once your purchase is completed, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be sent to your email address.

Delivery Time

Most eSIMs are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

No Physical Shipping

Since eSIMs are digital products, no physical SIM card will be shipped.

Incorrect Email Address

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your eSIM, contact our support team.
