At HeyRick eSIMs, we provide digital eSIM data plans for travelers. Because eSIMs are digital products, they cannot be physically returned once delivered or activated. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All eSIM purchases are considered digital services. Once the eSIM QR code or installation details have been delivered, the product is considered used or accessible, and refunds may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been installed or activated

  • The QR code has not been scanned

  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

  • The purchase was made directly through our website

If these conditions are met, we may approve a refund after verification.

3. Activated eSIMs

Once an eSIM has been:

  • Installed

  • Activated

  • Used for data

It becomes linked to the user’s device and cannot be reused or resold. Therefore no refunds will be issued for activated eSIMs.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience issues with your eSIM, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.

Our team will:

  • Help with installation

  • Troubleshoot device compatibility

  • Provide a replacement eSIM if required

Refunds may be considered if the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

5. Device Compatibility

Customers must ensure their device:

  • Supports eSIM technology

  • Is carrier unlocked

  • Is compatible with the selected network

Refunds will not be issued if the device does not support eSIM.

6. Incorrect Purchases

If you purchased the wrong eSIM plan, contact us before installing the eSIM. In some cases we may offer:

  • Plan replacement

  • Store credit

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Abuse of the refund policy

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Multiple refund claims for used services
